LET’S TALK GREEN
So, how do we compare?
Finding the right mental health provider can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with sensitive issues like infertility, pregnancy, postpartum struggles, menstrual irregularities, and menopause. That’s where I come in. As an integrative psychiatric NP specializing in women’s mental health, I offer in-depth care that goes beyond basic medication management.
In Colorado, psychiatric evaluations typically range from $300 to $500, with follow-ups between $150 and $250—so my rates are right in line with others. But what sets me apart is my expertise in women’s health.
Many medication management providers focus only on prescribing medication, but I take the time to truly understand how hormonal shifts, fertility challenges, and life transitions impact your mental well-being. If you're struggling with postpartum anxiety, menopause-related mood changes, or the emotional toll of infertility, you deserve specialized support. My approach ensures you get both the medical expertise and compassionate care you need—all at a great value.
Offerings
The path to wellness is never just one thing. I provide a comprehensive approach to care in addition to a supportive, therapeutic alliance.
-
Integrative psychiatry isn’t anti-medication. We work together to find the best medication regimen for you that works at the lowest dose possible and without causing unnecessary side effects. In addition to medication, I can work with you to use nutritional supplementation and plant based medicines to give you extra support for your most optimal self.
-
I used methods derived from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in working with patients.
I will also guide you through tangible steps to improve your sleep, exercise, and nutritional habits.
Regardless of the method, my goal is to help you change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to live a happier, more productive life.
-
We’ll enhance your planning and management skills, helping you to meet your goals professionally and maximize your income potential. I can also help with basic financial coaching, helping you get out of debt faster, reduce impulsive spending, and help plan for a wealthier future.
I also offer budgeting coaching, for those struggling with impulsive spending and difficulty managing debt.
-
Prescription medications are not the only tool for improving mental health. I will work with you to customize a supplement plan that is minimally invasive and minimizes the risk of harmful side effects, using the least force necessary to help the body heal.
I prescribe pharmaceutical-grade supplements, offered at a discount through Psychiatry Elevated.

I utilize the latest lab technology to uncover deficiencies that conventional labs may not pick-up on. Functional nutritional testing gives a metabolic analysis of your body including assessment of amino acids, organic acids, essential fatty acids, oxidative stress, toxic element and nutrient levels - helping your get to the root cause of your symptoms, faster.
-
Burnout, fatigue and depression, insomnia, stress and burnout can all be signs of hormonal imbalance. I utilize advanced salivary cortisol and melatonin testing in order to assess adrenal function. I also use advanced sex hormone testing to better manage symptoms of PMS, perimenopause, and menopause.
-
There is increasing evidence and research confirming the brain-gut connection. I offer advanced gastrointestinal stool testing to assess for maldigestion, inflammation, dysbiosis, metabolite imbalance, and infection that may be contributing to mental distress.

Food sensitivities and allergies can lead to symptoms of depression, nervousness, anger, and loss of motivation. I can provide advanced food allergy & sensitivity testing and guide you toward dietary changes to optimize your health.
